Combo levels

We made a new balance change affecting the priorities of some combos. The title "rookie", "Intermediate", "Skilled" and "Master" are like labels related only to the number of cards which must me played in order to activate the combo. The real priority is the combo level, which for some reason wasn't display in the catalog/combo section. We will add this additional information ASAP.
